Alltron Systems has been providing fire protection solutions throughout Alberta since 1990. We specialize in Fire Alarm Systems, Sprinkler Systems, Fire Extinguishers, Emergency Lighting, Fire Monitoring, Fire Safety Plans, Standpipe Systems, Fire Pumps, and Access Control.

We are currently seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Sales Associate to join our growing team.

Position Overview

The Sales Associate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with current and existing clients, identifying opportunities for fire protection services, and preparing quotations for inspections, repairs, upgrades, monitoring, and new installations.

This role is ideal for someone with previous experience in the fire protection industry who understands fire alarm and sprinkler systems and can confidently discuss solutions with building owners, property managers, contractors, and facility personnel.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide recommendations for fire protection solutions
- Prepare and follow up on quotations for service, inspections, repairs, monitoring, and installations
- Coordinate with operations and technical staff to ensure accurate scope and pricing
- Review inspection reports and identify sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity




- Attend site visits as required
- Meet sales and business development objectives

Qualifications

Preferred

- Previous experience in the fire protection industry
- Working knowledge of Fire Alarm Systems and Sprinkler Systems
- Experience selling fire protection services, inspections, monitoring, or construction-related services
- CFAA certification, sprinkler experience, or fire protection industry experience considered a strong asset

Required

- Proven sales, account management, or business development experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to prepare and present quotations and proposals
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
