Work days are Tuesday through Saturday with Sunday-Monday off. You may be eligible for benefits after the probationary period. This position is full time.

What You’ll Do

As part of our Bistro Bakery team, you’ll help create an experience that keeps customers coming back. Responsibilities include:

· Welcoming every customer with warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism

· Taking customer orders and processing payments accurately

· Preparing specialty coffees and beverages

· Serving fresh food and baked goods

· Maintaining attractive bakery and retail displays

· Keeping the dining room clean, organized, and welcoming

· Working closely with the kitchen and bakery teams to ensure smooth service

· Helping ensure the front of house, patio, bakery displays, and retail areas are clean, stocked, organized, and welcoming throughout the day

· Monitoring supplies and flagging restocking needs to help the Bistro run smoothly

· Taking ownership of the guest-facing setting, including display presentation, tidiness, and overall customer flow





· Helping keep front-of-house systems organized so the team can deliver a consistently strong customer experience

Qualifications · Previous café, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience is a strong asset

· Barista experience is an asset

· Food Handler Certification is an asset, or willingness to obtain it

· Flexible availability, including weekdays and occasional weekends, is preferred

· Leadership experience is an asset. For the right person,



this role may offer opportunities to take on greater responsibility over time.

What the Role Requires

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a busy, hands-on environment and takes satisfaction in helping things run smoothly. It involves being on your feet for much of the shift, moving between customer service, food and beverage preparation, cleaning, restocking, and supporting teammates during busy periods.
