Position Summary
Promo Solution is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Screen Printing Operator to join our production team. The Screen Printing Operator will be responsible for preparing materials, setting up and operating screen printing equipment, and producing high-quality printed apparel and promotional products according to customer orders and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up screens, inks, garments, and materials for each print job.
- Operate screen printing equipment to print logos, designs, and artwork on apparel and promotional products.
- Review job orders, artwork instructions, and production requirements before printing.
- Monitor print quality throughout production and make adjustments as needed.
- Check finished products for accuracy, placement, colour, and overall quality.
- Clean screens, tools, equipment, and work areas after each job.
- Perform basic equipment maintenance and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Follow health and safety procedures when working with inks, chemicals, heat equipment, and production tools.
- Work with the production team to complete orders accurately and on time.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in screen printing or a similar production/printing role.
- Experience setting up and operating screen printing equipment.




- Ability to read and follow work orders and production instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team.

Working Conditions

- Regular use of screen printing equipment, inks, screens, dryers, heat press, and related tools.
- The role may involve standing, lifting, bending, and repetitive tasks.
- Personal protective equipment may be required depending on the task.

Working time: 40 hours a week (Shift: 8 Hours a day)
