Overview

We are seeking a vigilant and dependable Patrol Guard to ensure the safety and security of our premises. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of observation, excellent judgment, and the ability to respond promptly to incidents. This role is essential in maintaining a secure environment for staff, visitors, and property, utilizing surveillance technology and proactive security measures.

Duties

- Conduct regular patrols of designated areas to monitor for suspicious activity or safety hazards
- Observe and report any irregularities or security breaches using CCTV systems and other surveillance equipment
- Respond swiftly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents, following established protocols
- Maintain detailed logs of patrols, incidents, and observations for record-keeping purposes
- Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying potential theft or vandalism
- Enforce security policies and procedures to ensure compliance among staff and visitors
- Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary
- Monitor CCTV footage continuously to identify unusual activity or security threats




- Perform routine checks of security equipment and report maintenance needs

Requirements

- Prior experience in law enforcement, security, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong knowledge of surveillance techniques and CCTV operation
- Ability to remain alert and attentive during long shifts
- Excellent observational skills with keen attention to detail
- Good judgment and decision-making abilities in high-pressure situations
- Physical fitness to perform patrols and respond quickly when needed
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid license or certification relevant to security or law enforcement is a plus

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
