Mirage Audio Visual is looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Sales Representative to help grow our residential and commercial client base throughout Ottawa and the surrounding region, including Kanata, Stittsville, Orléans, Gatineau, and beyond.

Mirage AV designs, installs, and supports custom audio visual and smart technology solutions for homes and businesses. Our services include home theatres, smart home automation, conference rooms, digital signage, surveillance, access control, networking, and structured cabling. As a growing member of AVIXA and PAVSC, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality installations, innovative solutions, and exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do

- Generate new residential and commercial sales opportunities through networking, referrals, prospecting, and company-provided leads.
- Meet with homeowners, businesses, builders, designers, and contractors to understand their project requirements.
- Recommend customized AV, smart home, and security solutions that meet each client's needs and budget.
- Prepare and present professional quotations and proposals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and industry partners.
- Follow up on leads and manage opportunities through the sales process.
- Represent Mirage AV professionally during client meetings, site visits, trade shows, and networking events.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.





What We're Looking For

- Previous sales experience in AV, smart home, security, IT, construction, or a related industry is an asset.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
- Strong consultative selling and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable conducting in-home and on-site consultations throughout the Ottawa region.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation.
- Knowledge of audio visual or smart home technologies is an asset, but not required—we're happy to train the right candidate.
