Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. This role is essential in preparing high-quality dishes and supporting the overall kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, excellent food safety practices, and experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients and assist with meal preparation according to restaurant standards
- Cook menu items accurately and efficiently, following recipes and presentation guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety standards
- Assist with food handling, storage, and inventory management
- Support the kitchen team during busy service hours to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food preparation and handling




- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and excellent customer service

Requirements

- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred, especially in cooking or food preparation roles
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques and kitchen equipment usage
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
- Passion for the food industry and a commitment to delivering quality dishes to guests

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
