Air Rite Inc is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Accounts Receivable Specialist. We are looking for a team member who is detail oriented, can resolve customer issues, and can perform the daily tasks of an Accounts Receivable team member. Some of the functions and responsibilities for this position would be recording and reconciling daily cash and credit card payments, maintaining and reconciling AR Aging to G/L, investigating outstanding debits, credits, and discrepancies, contacting customers on past due invoices and short payments,



and ensuring books and receivables records are up-to-date. Considered assets would be excellent phone skills in English, professional experience in receivables and collections and/or accounting, and experience with Excel spreadsheets and functions, word processing, and accounting software.

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
