JOB DESCRIPTION :

School transportation means:

- In Laval, Montreal, and the North Shore
- Performing a pre-trip inspection of the bus and ensuring its cleanliness
- Safely driving students and bringing them home after school
- The driver remains in the driver’s seat, and there is no handling of luggage
- A Monday-to-Friday routine based on the school calendar, with free time during the day

Remuneration and working conditions :

School bus – Class 2

- School calendar with free time during the day
- Off during the summer, the holiday season, and spring break
- Several pedagogical days and statutory holidays paid
- Minimum of 35 hours paid at $22.30 = $780.50 per week
- Plus a $2400 MEQ Retention bonus per year
- Plus a $1700 MEQ Recruitment bonus the first year
- “Métier unique” training paid by the employer (CFTR)
- Mandatory uniform provided by the employer

School minibus – Class 4B

- School calendar with free time during the day
- Off during the summer, the holiday season, and spring break
- Several pedagogical days and statutory holidays paid
- Minimum of 35 hours paid at $20.00 = $700.00 per week




- Plus a $2400 MEQ Retention bonus per year
- Plus a $1700 MEQ Recruitment bonus the first year
- “Métier unique” training paid by the employer (CFTR)
- Mandatory uniform provided by the employer
- « Classe 2 » training offered by the employer
