Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Breakfast Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking breakfast items, ensuring high-quality food service, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where attention to food safety and customer satisfaction are paramount.

Responsibilities

- Has a food handlers course, or open to getting one
- Prepare and cook breakfast dishes according to recipes and quality standards
- Ensure all food is handled, stored, and cooked following proper food safety procedures
- Assist in meal preparation and plating for breakfast service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils
- Serve guests efficiently while providing excellent customer service
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working setting
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours

Skills

- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking,



and food service, preferably in a restaurant or food industry setting
- Strong knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards
- Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Kitchen experience including meal preparation techniques for breakfast items
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and food industry best practices
