Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Full-Time Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms, public areas, and other designated spaces. This role is essential in ensuring a welcoming and hygienic setting for our guests and staff. Prior experience in cleaning, hospitality, or custodial services is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals committed to high standards of cleanliness.

Responsibilities

- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish supplies such as toiletries and towels
- Perform industrial cleaning tasks when necessary, including deep cleaning of carpets and upholstery
- Maintain cleanliness of hallways, lobbies, and other public spaces
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Follow all safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals responsibly
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored after use




- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as assigned

Qualifications

- Previous experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques for hotels, industrial settings, or healthcare environments is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift moderate loads
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned duties efficiently
- Reliable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
