Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Supervisor to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. This role is vital in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. As a Construction Supervisor, you will coordinate with various teams, manage subcontractors, and ensure adherence to safety protocols and project specifications. Your expertise in construction management software, blueprint reading, and schematics will drive project success and client satisfaction. Company vehicle (New F150) & Gas will be provided so need clean driving record.

Responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction activities on-site, ensuring work progresses according to schedule and safety standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth workflow and timely deliveries.
- Review blueprints, schematics, and construction estimates to verify project scope and technical accuracy.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, or equivalent tools for scheduling, tracking progress, and reporting.




- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets design specifications and industry standards.
- Manage project budgets by monitoring costs, controlling waste, and implementing cost-effective solutions.
- Oversee safety protocols on-site, enforce compliance with OSHA regulations, and conduct regular safety meetings.

Requirements

- Proven supervising experience in large-scale construction projects with a solid understanding of construction processes.
- Extensive construction experience with a solid grasp of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating.
- Ability to speak English, Punjabi & Hindi
- Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and safety regulations within the construction industry.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate teams and liaise with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to read technical drawings accurately and interpret schematics for project execution.
