Key Responsibilities
- Carry out vehicle maintenance, inspections, and repairs in accordance with Ford and manufacturer standards
- Assist with troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair verification under the guidance of licensed technicians
- Accurately record work performed on repair orders and inspection reports
- Use shop equipment and diagnostic tools properly and safely
- Maintain productivity while delivering quality workmanship
- Follow all dealership policies, safety procedures, and cleanliness standards
- Support a positive, team-oriented shop culture
Qualifications
- Registered 2nd or 3rd year Automotive Service Technician Apprentice (310S)
- Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
- Ability to work well independently and within a team
- Valid driver’s license
- Dealership experience considered an asset
