Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of the used car sales process, including inventory acquisition, pricing, and merchandising.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize profitability and achieve sales targets.
- Accurately evaluate and appraise trade-in vehicles to ensure fair pricing for both the dealership and customers.
- Monitor market trends and adjust inventory and pricing strategies accordingly to stay competitive.
- Train, motivate, and lead the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales performance.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with finance and service departments to streamline operations and enhance overall dealership efficiency.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements.

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing a pre-owned department
- Bilingualism is an asset
