Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join our culinary team, specializing in the Pasta station. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of pasta dishes with precision and creativity. Duties

- Prepare, cook, and present pasta dishes according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Manage the pasta station efficiently during service hours, coordinating with the kitchen team to meet customer demands promptly.
- Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, measuring ingredients, and assembling components for various pasta dishes.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness in the kitchen by adhering to proper food handling procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients specific to the pasta station and communicate needs for restocking.
- Assist in training junior kitchen staff on pasta preparation techniques and safety protocols.




- Ensure all food served meets the restaurant’s quality standards and presentation guidelines.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or as a Chef de Partie within a restaurant or food industry setting.
- Strong knowledge of pasta types, cooking techniques, and ingredient handling.
- Demonstrated ability to serve high-quality dishes consistently under pressure.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper kitchen hygiene practices.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in meal preparation and presentation.
- Prior experience working in a busy kitchen setting with a focus on Italian or similar cuisine is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while maintaining a positive attitude.

Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
