Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service.

Duties

- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish amenities as needed.
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
- Vacuum carpets and clean floors using appropriate cleaning methods.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist with laundry duties as required, including washing, drying, folding, and storing linens.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests in a timely manner.

Qualifications





- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred; hotel experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and products used in hospitality settings.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor towards guests and staff.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $20.00-$21.50 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 32 per week
