One Elephant Integrative Health Team is seeking a Registered Psychotherapist and/or Social Worker to expand our multidisciplinary team. We are an award winning, women-led clinic with a collaborative model, and officially opened our doors on December 1st, 2019. The current disciplines are psychotherapy, naturopathic medicine, chiropractic medicine, nutrition services, physiotherapy, social work, and massage therapy.

We are looking to add a Registered Psychotherapist or Registered Social Worker to meet the demands of patients and enhance the busy psychotherapy service to deliver comprehensive care. We have won "Best Medical Clinic", "Best Mental Health Consultants", and "Best Holistic Clinic" among several awards through Oakville's Reader's Choice Awards.

Given the clinic's unique emphasis on collaborative care, the practitioner must be open and willing to work together with other health professionals both internal and external to the clinic.

Compensation is a competitive split percentage of total earnings, and the practitioner is an independent contractor. The clinic provides complete reception services, a counselling office,



as well as marketing support for the practitioner’s growth.

● Thrive in a team-based environment
● Have exceptional patient rapport
● Be highly proficient in their field
● Have experience with marketing and networking endeavors for practice management
● Availability for both in-person and virtual care

Qualifications:

- Registered Psychotherapy designation in good standing OR Masters of Social Work certification through an accredited institution
- In good standing with their respective governing college in Ontario
- Possess individual liability and malpractice insurance per requirements of their college
