Brandt is currently seeking a Warranty Administrator for our Regina, Sk location.

The Warranty Administrator is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of warranty claims, including work order administration, claim reconciliation, vendor communication, and reviewing repair information to ensure accurate warranty claim processing. This role requires the ability to understand service documentation and technical repair information while ensuring all warranty activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company and vendor policies.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

- Administer warranty claims processing and documentation to ensure timely and accurate reimbursements.
- Open and close work orders, tracking project progress and maintaining service continuity.
- Process warranty submissions with vendors by accurately interpreting repair documentation and supporting information to secure approvals efficiently and reduce claim turnaround time.
- Reconcile warranty claims against service records and vendor payments to ensure financial accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
- Coordinate with technicians, service advisors, parts personnel, and internal departments to verify service information, interpret repair documentation, and support accurate claim processing.
- Maintain up-to-date records of warranty activities to support audits and performance reporting.




- Communicate with vendors and customers to resolve claim issues and enhance service satisfaction.
- Monitor claim trends and escalate recurring issues to management for continuous improvement.
- Review technician repair stories, diagnostic information, and parts usage to ensure repairs meet manufacturer warranty requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

- Possess strong organizational skills.
- Possess robust attention to detail.
- Possess strong time management skills.
- Possess strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes.
- Experience in electronic record keeping is an asset.
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to understand technical repair information are considered strong assets.
- Experience with heavy-duty truck, highway equipment, agricultural, construction, or related equipment is considered an asset.
- Previous experience as a technician, service advisor, parts person, or in a technical support role is considered an asset.
