Medical Aesthetician / Reception (Hybrid – Growth Opportunity)

We are entering an exciting new chapter at Forever Young with a full rebrand, elevated service offerings, and the introduction of advanced technologies in skin and laser treatments. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly motivated Medical Aesthetician who is aligned with a results-driven, client-focused environment — and who is ready to grow with us.

This is a hybrid role ideal for someone who is confident on the treatment floor and also comfortable supporting the front desk, with a strong understanding of client experience, operations, and clinical standards. It is a outstanding fit for an aesthetician looking for real opportunity to grow into a lead or management position as we expand.

Role Responsibilities

Clinical / Medical Aesthetician:

- Perform skin and laser treatments with a results-driven approach

- Build customized treatment plans and medical-grade skincare recommendations

- Maintain detailed and accurate client charting and consultations

- Uphold clinical protocols, sanitation standards, and treatment quality

Reception / Operations (Hybrid Component):

- Manage bookings, client flow, and provider schedules efficiently

- Ensure accuracy in services, pricing, and client profiles

- Support front desk operations including calls, texts,



and follow-ups

- Deliver a polished, professional, and welcoming client experience

What We're Looking For

- Aesthetics / medical aesthetics background or certification

- Strong communication and consultation skills

- High attention to detail and ability to multitask

- Comfortable working in a structured, system-driven environment

- Someone who takes initiative and understands accountability

- Leadership potential — looking to grow into more responsibility over time

- Flexible to work hybrid shifts (treatment + front desk)

Growth Opportunity

This role will begin as part-time, with clear potential to grow into a full-time — and eventually a lead/management — position for the right candidate. As part of our rebrand, there will be ongoing training, exposure to advanced technologies, and opportunities to grow within the company.
