Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Front Store Manager to lead our retail team at Mill Bay Pharmasave. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily store operations, driving sales growth, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Duties

- Lead and supervise all front store activities, ensuring smooth daily operations and high standards of customer service.
- Recruit, interview, train, and develop team members to build a motivated and skilled workforce.
- Manage sales performance by setting targets, monitoring progress, and implementing strategies to achieve sales goals.
- Oversee merchandising efforts, including product placement, pricing strategies, and inventory management to optimize sales opportunities.
- Coordinate purchasing and procurement activities to maintain stock levels that meet customer demand while controlling costs.
- Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions, returns, and reporting; ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed.




- Develop marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones through promotional campaigns and community engagement.
- Maintain organizational efficiency by managing administrative tasks such as scheduling, budgeting, and record keeping.
- Foster a positive store culture through effective communication, team training & development, and leadership that inspires excellence.

Experience

- Proven supervisory or managerial experience in retail sales or store management roles.
- Strong knowledge of merchandising, pricing strategies, and sales management techniques.
- Demonstrated ability in recruiting, training & developing staff members within a retail environment.
- Experience with payroll processing, budgeting, and administrative responsibilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively via phone etiquette and in person.
- Familiarity with POS systems, purchasing procedures, marketing initiatives, and cash handling protocols.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a rapid-paced setting.
- Leadership qualities that motivate teams toward achieving sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
- Standing for up to 8 hours a day
- Lifting/moving up to 50 lbs may be required

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
