Big White Ski Resort is seeking a qualified Inventory Coordinator for the winter season. The Inventory Coordinator will assist the Inventory Manager with receiving and storing all food and beverage inventory; undertaking weekly, biweekly and monthly inventory of stock levels; entering data; and maintaining the organization and sanitation of all storage areas.

Duties and responsibilities include:

- Managing inventory of dry, fresh and frozen goods
- Managing weekly ordering
- Receiving orders and rotating stock
- Updating costing information in inventory spreadsheet
- Costing menu items
- Changing out garbage and recycling bins

Position requirements/skills:

- Inventory and receiving skills
- Experience using Microsoft 365 programs - Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Solid customer service skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to drive an all-terrain forklift

Physical demands:

- Ability to lifting up to 40kg
- Ability to sit for extended periods

Wage:

$22.00
