Description for Internal Candidates

As a Group Leader here at Honeywell, you will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and leading a high-performing team to achieve strategic objectives within the Aerospace sector. Your leadership will foster innovation and enhance productivity, ensuring that we meet and exceed our customers' expectations. You will support ISC operations by troubleshooting, testing equipment, maintaining, and reporting any issues. You will assist in process improvements to ensure smooth functioning and high efficiency.

You will report directly to our ISC Production Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Cambridge, ON location working afternoon shift Monday – Thursday 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

In this role,



you will coordinate testing of product to ensure the highest quality product is provided to our customers ON TIME. You will be responsible for your work area to provide a safe and efficient operation of the area. You will set up and monitor the production of product in your area and participate in the continuous improvement process at the site to handle safety, production and quality improvements. You will participate in continuous improvement activities.

The Honeywell building is a controlled goods program setting. Candidates must be eligible for CGP security clearance, CSP security clearance and ACSO.
