We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Part-time or Full-time Dental Receptionist to join our dental team! In this essential role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, creating a welcoming workplace while efficiently managing front desk operations.

Responsibilities

- Greet patients warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel comfortable from the moment they arrive.
- Manage appointment scheduling using dental practice management software
- Verify patient insurance information and process payments accurately at the front desk.
- Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, providing clear information or directing calls to appropriate team members.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
- Assist patients with paperwork, forms, and answering questions related to treatments or billing.
- Coordinate with the dental team to confirm appointments and follow-up schedules, ensuring efficient daily operations.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry,



and managing correspondence to support office productivity.

Qualifications

- Prior experience as a dental receptionist is a must.
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology and familiarity with insurance
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently.
- Proven office experience with proficiency in administrative tasks, including scheduling and billing processes.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and experience working with electronic medical records is a plus.
- A positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a team-oriented mindset are essential for success in this role.
