Aesthetician & Front Desk Coordinator | Reforme Lab (Streetsville, Mississauga)

Reforme Lab is a leading medical aesthetics clinic offering injectables, advanced skin treatments, and medical-grade facials. We're looking for a versatile, licensed aesthetician to join our team at our Streetsville location in a hybrid role — combining hands-on aesthetic treatments with front desk operations and content creation for the clinic.

About the opportunity

This is a team position, working as part of the Reforme Lab clinic under our brand and client base. If you already have your own established clientele and would prefer a chair/booth rental arrangement instead, we're open to discussing that possibility as well.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives wearing multiple hats — comfortable both behind the treatment bed and at the front desk, and excited to help build the clinic's social media and marketing presence.

What you'll be doing

Aesthetic treatments

- Delivering our signature facials, peels, and skin rejuvenation treatments
- Performing dermaplaning, microneedling, and Morpheus8 (RF microneedling)
- Operating Lumecca IPL / photofacial treatments
- Working with medical-grade skincare lines (ZO, Biologique Recherche)
- Conducting client consultations and building customized treatment plans

Front desk & clinic operations

- Answering phones and responding to client inquiries
- Scheduling and managing patient appointments
- Handling client check-out, payment processing, and rebooking
- Maintaining detailed client records and treatment protocols
- Tracking and managing clinical and retail inventory, including product usage at checkout
- Assisting with restocking, inventory counts, and flagging low stock
- General cleaning and upkeep of treatment rooms and clinic space
- Upholding clinical hygiene and safety standards expected in a medical spa

Content & marketing





- Creating photo and video content of treatments and the clinic for social media
- Supporting the clinic's marketing and online presence with regular content

What we're looking for

- Valid esthetics certification/license in good standing (Ontario)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in a medical spa or advanced skincare setting; 5+ years preferred
- Comfortable and willing to work a hybrid role — this is not treatments-only; front desk, scheduling, check-out, cleaning, and inventory duties are a core part of the job
- Detail-oriented and comfortable tracking product usage and stock levels accurately
- Comfortable creating photo/video content and being on camera for the clinic's social media
- An existing client base you can bring with you is a strong asset, but not required
- Direct experience with microneedling, chemical peels, and RF/IPL devices (Morpheus8 and/or Lumecca experience is a strong asset)
- Comfort working alongside injectors and referring/cross-referring clients for injectable treatments
- Strong professionalism, communication skills, and a consultative sales approach
- Reliable, team-oriented, and comfortable managing your own client schedule and rebooking

Nice to have

- Experience with Biologique Recherche or ZO Skin Health protocols
- Experience with PRP/PRF microneedling
- A social media presence or client following that translates to walk-in bookings
- Experience filming/editing short-form content (Reels, TikTok) for a business

Compensation

This is a team position with compensation to be discussed based on experience. For candidates with an existing client base who prefer a chair/booth rental arrangement instead, we're open to discussing that structure and revenue split as well.
