Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a Machine Operator to join our production team in our Concord facility. This position includes operating various machinery—Corrugator, Die-Cutter, Gluer, and Clamp Truck—based on production needs. The ideal candidate will be safety-oriented, detail-focused, and a strong team player.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Machine Operation
- Set up, operate, and maintain production machines including corrugator, die-cutter, and folder-gluer.
- Monitor machine performance and product quality throughout the production run.
- Perform routine quality checks and troubleshoot as necessary to ensure compliance with product specifications.
- Clamp Truck Operation
- Safely operate a clamp truck to transport roll stock and finished goods within the plant.
- Load/unload materials for machine feed or storage.
- Production Support
- Prepare materials such as starch batches, roll stock, and job orders.
- Follow and maintain production schedules, reporting any discrepancies or downtime.
- Complete necessary documentation such as production data, safety logs, and maintenance reports.
- Maintenance and Housekeeping
- Perform basic maintenance and report machine issues using maintenance work order systems.




- Maintain a clean and organized work area, especially at the end of each shift.
- Safety and Compliance
- Follow all safety policies, PPE guidelines, and operational procedures.
- Support a strong safety culture across shifts and departments.

Education and/ or Experience:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is an asset.
- 2–4 years of experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment.
- Experience operating corrugated or converting equipment (corrugator, die-cutter, folder-gluer) is preferred.
- Forklift/clamp truck certification or willingness to obtain it.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb stairs, and work in hot, noisy environments.
- Good computer skills and ability to enter production data.
- Strong communication, time management, and teamwork skills.

Work Conditions:

- Industrial workplace with high noise levels and machinery.
- Physical activity required (standing, lifting, moving materials).
- Shift work may be required.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
