A Customer Delivery Coordinator manages the final phase of the vehicle purchase process, ensuring that sold vehicles are flawlessly prepared and handed over to customers. Operating as a critical bridge between the sales, service, and guest experience teams, they act as product experts who introduce customers to their New or Certified Pre-Owned Audi's features and technology.
Responsibilities:
- Vehicle Handover & Tech Orientation: Walk customers through the vehicle, configure Bluetooth or navigation systems, and answer specific technical questions.
- Preparation & Quality Control: Inspect sold vehicles to verify that all requested accessories are installed, the car is detailed, and it has a full tank of fuel or charge.
- Documentation & Logistics: Complete and double-check final sales paperwork, registration, legal registries, insurance and vehicle handover packets.
- Lot & Inventory Coordination: Stage vehicles for the final "reveal," move cars between storage compounds and delivery bays, and organize showroom displays.
- Dealership Intro:
Tour customers around the facility and introduce them to the service advisors and help customer schedule their first service appointment.
- Sales Support: Assist in the coordination with the sales staff for vehicle delivery.
Qualifications:
- Outgoing personality
- Exceptional communication skills, a professional presentation, and a calm demeanour under pressure.
- Team player
- Extensive knowledge of up-to-date automotive features, infotainment screens, and electric vehicle configurations.
- OMVIC Registration
- Valid Driver’s License
- Previous automotive, customer service, or delivery experience is a definitive asset.
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is a definitive asset to support our diverse client base.
Compensation:
- In addition to the posted salary range, this role offers bonus/incentive earning potential.
Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
