IS2 Workforce Solutions is seeking a dependable Shipper & Receiver to join busy warehouse teams. If you enjoy a variety, teamwork, and staying on your feet, this job is for you!

Job Types: Temporary to Permanent

What You’ll Do:

- Receive, inspect and unload incoming shipments to verify quantity and condition of goods.
- Unload and properly store received inventory in designated areas.
- Pick, pack, and load outbound orders onto delivery trucks.
- Create crates for shipment; assist with transfers as required.
- Wrap and prepare products for shipping; palletizing items to travel safely.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all shipping and receiving activities.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, such as cycle counts and stock replenishment.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and responsible manner.
- Working in confined space and/ or cold environments (travelling in/out of refrigerated (~4C).
- Other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

Technical Experience

- Minimum 1 year of experience in shipping, receiving, in a distribution, logistics or warehousing operations.
- Experience with RF Scanner is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team or independently.
- Proficiency in using order entry systems and inventory management software is an asset.
- Produce / fresh food experience preferred for some Clients.
- Basic computer and math skills.
- Must be able to lift 55 lbs.

Equipment Experience

- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
- Counterbalance forklift experience is an asset
- Power jack experience is an asset
- Experience with refrigerated reefer trucks is preferred
- Experience working within confined areas (coolers) and/or with different racking systems (pushback racking, racks that are 2-3 pallets high, 5 pallets deep,



etc.) at for some Clients locations
- Experience with RF Scanner is an asset but not required
- Experience with a Vocollect Headset is an asset but not required

Special Conditions Of Employment:

- This position involves standing, walking, heavy lifting, and repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Must have CSA-approved safety boots
- Must be Health & Safety conscious
