Whether you already have experience repairing mobile devices or are eager to learn, we provide the training and support you need to build a rewarding career.

Responsibilities

- Diagnose and repair smartphones and tablets.
- Assist customers with repairs, accessories, and wireless services.
- Activate and upgrade TELUS and Koodo services.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Meet sales and performance goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized store.
- Stay current with recent devices and repair techniques.

Qualifications

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Passion for technology and mobile devices.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.




- Sales experience is an asset.
- Mobile device repair experience is an asset but not required—we provide training for the right candidate.
