Who We’re Looking For
We are hiring carpenters at all levels — from developing apprentices to experienced lead carpenters. Successful candidates are professional, detail-oriented, organized, and strong communicators who take pride in their work.
Responsibilities (Level Dependent)
- Residential framing and structural carpentry
- High-end finish carpentry and detailing
- Reading and interpreting construction drawings
- Coordinating with supervisors and trades
- Maintaining clean, safe job sites
- Following company quality standards and schedules
Training & Career Development
We strongly support long-term career growth, including apprenticeship sponsorship, Red Seal certification support,
and advancement toward Lead Carpenter, Site Foreman, Site Supervisor, and Project Management roles.
Requirements
- Carpentry experience appropriate to your level
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Professional communication skills
- Valid driver’s license with clean driver’s abstract
- Reliable, punctual, and accountable
- Comfortable using basic digital tools and communication platforms
