- Understand and familiarise oneself with site Emergency evacuation procedures.

Knowledge / Skills / Duties





- Perform pre-operational and post-operational checks
- Assess ground conditions at the face and implement ground control according to site requirements
- Safely install appropriate support as per engineered prints, meeting targets
- Operate x-lift - bolting, maintain services, load rounds and muck.
- Operate jackleg and stopper
- Lock-out and tag out as per regulatory bodies and company policy

Teamwork

- Work collaboratively with others to achieve organizational goals – both within own department and site wide.
- Leverage of the talent and knowledge within the team to resolve problems.
- Ability to follow instructions and organize when necessary.

Planning & Organisation

- Prioritise and complete tasks accurately as to specifications as assigned by direct supervisor within required timeframes.
- Proactively identify and address hazards before they arise as issues.
- Be punctual to work and all required site meetings.

Undertake other duties as lawfully instructed
