Be part of something exciting. at Artigiano, we’re looking for passionate baristas to help create memorable experiences for every guest. We are seeking a Full Time Shift Leader to join our team at Artigiano located in Down town Vancouver.
Responsibilities
- Supervise team members during shifts, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policies
- Assist with food preparation, serving, and food handling to maintain quality standards
- Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for transactions, cash handling, and cashiering duties
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed
- Enforce food safety protocols and cleanliness standards in compliance with health regulations
- Support team training and development to promote a positive work environment
- Handle cash register operations accurately, including basic math calculations for transactions
Skills
- Outstanding customer service and guest engagement
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Accurate cash handling and basic math proficiency for transaction processing
- Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices
- Consistent adherence to recipes, portioning, and presentation guidelines
- Skilled in preparing café beverages and bakery items with speed, accuracy, and pride
- Effective communication and teamwork in rapid-paced environments
- Ability to maintain a clean, efficient, and well-organized workspace
Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
