Location: Tennis Club Île des Sœurs (300 Golf Road, Verdun, QC, H3E 1A8)

Status: Part-time (16 hours/week)

Salary: Between $16 ans $18 per hour

Established in 1971, this outstanding sports complex offers its members 20 tennis courts and a sports center of over 10,000 square feet, located just minutes from downtown Montreal and the South Shore. You will find a team of passionate professionals entirely dedicated to its members.

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated person to supervise the training room and join our team. The ideal candidate has a passion for fitness, excellent communication skills, and prior experience managing a training room.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations of the gym
- Ensure a safe and welcoming work environment for members
- Coach and motivate members to achieve their fitness goals
- Maintain and supervise the upkeep of equipment
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to member needs
- Possibility of offering private training sessions

Qualifications:

- Previous experience managing a training room or in a similar role
- Up-to-date trainer certification or a kinesiology student
- In-depth knowledge of fitness equipment and programs
- Ability to lead group classes
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire members and staff
- CPR and first aid certification (an asset)
- Availability to work one weekday and weekends
