Our platform manages registration, housing, marketing, lead capture, attendee engagement, and onsite operations for complex events where reliability, performance, and scale matter.

We're modernizing our platform using cloud-native architecture, AI-assisted engineering, and modern development practices—and we're looking for senior developers who want to help shape what comes next.

The Chance

This is a hands-on senior engineering role.

You'll design, build, and operate production systems that support high-volume event registration, attendee management, hotel inventory management, integrations, and real-time event operations.

You'll work across a modern technology stack that includes:

- C#
- .NET
- React
- TypeScript
- SQL Server
- Azure
- Azure DevOps
- REST APIs
- Distributed services
- AI-assisted development tools

This role is ideal for developers who enjoy solving challenging technical problems, owning systems end-to-end, and working close to architecture and product decisions.

What You'll Be Working On

- Designing and building scalable backend services in C# and .NET
- Building up-to-date React and TypeScript user experiences
- Developing APIs and integrations that connect multiple business systems
- Optimizing database performance and query execution
- Modernizing legacy components into cloud-native services




- Improving observability, monitoring, reliability, and operational excellence
- Leveraging AI-enabled development practices to accelerate delivery and improve quality
- Participating in architecture discussions and technical decision-making

What We're Looking For

Required Experience:

- 5+ years building commercial software products
- Strong C# and .NET experience
- Strong React and TypeScript experience
- Strong SQL skills including schema design and performance optimization
- Experience building and consuming APIs
- Experience working with Azure or another major cloud platform
- Experience operating production systems

Nice to Have:

- Distributed systems experience
- Event-driven architecture
- Microservices
- Containerization
- CI/CD pipeline design
- Application monitoring and observability platforms
- Experience using AI coding assistants in production development workflows
