We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests and play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the hotel's services and amenities
- Assist guests with reservations and booking arrangements
- Manage phone calls and reservations using the hotel's phone systems
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing their needs promptly and professionally

Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel setting
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills




- Solid hospitality mindset with a focus on delivering top-notch guest services
- Ability to work effectively at the front desk, multitasking between various duties
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for interacting with diverse guests
