Optima Sports Injury, location at 441 Henderson Highway, is looking for multiple talented RMT's to join our dynamic team of seasoned professionals and new grads. We are attached to a busy MD office with a door located between their clinic, pharmacy, and patients have access from the 5 MD's to our clinic.

Duties

- Perform skilled massage therapy sessions utilizing various techniques such as deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and relaxation massage to address individual client needs.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand their health history, current conditions, and specific concerns, ensuring tailored treatment plans.
- Apply advanced knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to accurately diagnose and treat musculoskeletal issues.
- Educate clients on self-care practices, injury prevention, and occupational health strategies to support long-term wellness.
- Maintain detailed documentation of each session, including treatment details, patient progress,



and recommended follow-up care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when necessary to optimize patient outcomes and coordinate comprehensive care plans.
- Uphold the highest standards of patient service by creating a welcoming environment that fosters trust and comfort.
- Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and continuing education opportunities to enhance your skills and service quality.

Qualifications

- Valid registration as a Registered Massage Therapist with relevant regulatory bodies.
- Student status accepted as we are hiring student therapists too
- Strong knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor that puts clients at ease.
- Ability to communicate clearly with clients about their treatment options and health concerns.

Pay: $67.00-$82.00 per hour
