Help keep a complex, multi-department operation running smoothly. As an Operations Supervisor, you will lead front-line teams, uphold quality standards, and ensure each shift is fully prepared for success.

This is a hands-on leadership role in a quick-paced environment, requiring robust organization, accountability, and the ability to balance people leadership with daily operational execution.

You will oversee a team of 30+ employees across multiple functional areas and play a key role in maintaining productivity, safety, and team engagement.

What You’ll Do

Team Leadership & Coordination

- Supervise and support a team of 30+ employees across multiple departments
- Communicate daily priorities, expectations, and operational updates
- Coach team members and address performance or attendance concerns
- Promote a positive, safe, and accountable work environment

Operations Management

- Oversee daily operations to ensure productivity, efficiency, and quality standards are met
- Coordinate workflow between departments to maintain smooth operations
- Identify and resolve operational issues in a timely manner
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and process efficiency

Scheduling & Reporting

- Create and manage staff schedules and shift coverage
- Monitor attendance, staffing levels, and operational performance




- Maintain and update operational reports using Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools

Technical & Tools (Preferred)

- Experience with scheduling or workforce management systems
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, or similar tools
- Valid driver’s license, class 5 (not mandatory)
- Valid First Aid certificate (not mandatory)
- Valid Joint Health and Safety Committee (JHSC) certification (not mandatory)

Schedule, Pay & Benefits Schedule

- Full-time, on-site (5 days/week, 8-hour shifts)
- Availability required Monday–Sunday, including holidays (rotating schedule)
- Typical hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (30-minute unpaid meal break)

Compensation

- Training / Probation: $22/hour
- After 3 months revision based on performance

Note: All labour laws in BC apply to this position.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
