Clean Victoria Cleaning Services Ltd. is hiring Professional Cleaners to join our growing team!

We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented people who take pride in their work and enjoy creating clean, comfortable spaces for our clients.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $22–$27/hour depending on experience, performance, and responsibilities

- Paid training: starting at $20–$24/hour based on experience and performance
- 100% of client tips go directly to you

Schedule

- Full-time and part-time positions available
- Day shifts only (typically between 7:00 AM–6:00 PM)
- Weekday and occasional weekend availability
- Typical schedules range from 20–40 hours/week depending on availability and business needs

We do our best to provide schedules in advance. Because we serve residential clients, move-out cleans, and short-term rental properties, occasional schedule changes may happen due to client requests or unexpected changes.

What You'll Be Doing

Our cleaners provide high-quality cleaning services throughout Greater Victoria, including:





- Residential house cleaning
- Deep cleaning
- Move-out cleaning
- Short-term rental turnovers
- Commercial cleaning
- Special cleaning projects

You will be responsible for:

- Completing detailed cleaning tasks to our company standards
- Providing friendly and professional service to clients
- Maintaining cleaning equipment and supplies
- Communicating with your team and supervisors
- Taking pride in delivering excellent results

Requirements

- Valid BC Class 5 Driver’s Licence preferred/required depending on position
- Reliable transportation to job locations
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- Able to work throughout Greater Victoria
