Poutine Shack is a locally owned food truck based in Smithers, BC that knows outstanding food comes from a great team. Job Overview

Love poutine, fast-paced work, and good vibes? The Poutine Shack is hiring Food Truck Helpers/Servers for the 2026 season. You’ll be part of a fun, hard-working team serving our signature poutine at pop-ups, festivals, and special events. If you enjoy working with people, staying busy, and jumping in wherever needed to keep service running smoothly, this could be the perfect seasonal job for you.

Responsibilities:

- Take customer orders and handle payments
- Assemble and serve food




- Assist with prep and restocking
- Keep the truck clean and organized
- Provide friendly, upbeat customer service

Requirements:

- Positive attitude and team spirit
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Customer service experience is an asset (but not required)
- Willingness to travel and work out-of-town (including weekends and longer days)
- Comfortable working long shifts on your feet

- $18.25/h + tips (or depending on experience)
