We are looking for a Warehouse Worker to join our warehouse team on the morning shift Monday - Friday, 6:00AM start.
Join our team in this hands-on warehouse role, where you'll stay active and be an important part of keeping our operations running smoothly. You'll work in a clean, dry, temperature-controlled warehouse, with occasional work in a dry cooler environment when needed.
In this role, you'll be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs on a semi-repetitive basis and performing a variety of warehouse tasks, including loading and unloading shipments, sorting, picking, and moving products and materials—both manually and with warehouse equipment
Responsibilities:
- Perform all related physical activities of a warehouse;
- Unload and load trailers of product in a safe and secure manner
- Receive and rotate product;
- Perform date checks;
- Read work orders and receive verbal instructions for work assignments;
- Complete order receipts and assemble orders;
- General order picking tasks
- Transport filled orders to and from shipping area;
- Mark containers with identifying information;
- Perform general cleaning duties.
Qualifications:
- Physically able to repetitively lift 50lbs, required;
- Basic mental math, required;
- Warehouse experience, an asset;
- Forklift/Reach truck experience, an asset
