We are seeking a dedicated and professional individual to serve as Resident Building Superintendents for two residential buildings located in Halifax. These buildings are pet-friendly and smoke-free.

Position Summary

As the front-line representatives this role plays a vital role in maintaining a safe, welcoming, and well-managed environment. This position requires individuals who are personable, professional, discreet, and proactive, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. The role reports directly to the Property Manager.

Key Responsibilities

· Respond promptly and respectfully to phone calls and email inquiries from residents

· Schedule and conduct viewings with prospective tenants

· Address resident concerns, including noise and security issues

· Coordinate the arrival and access of onsite contractors





· Maintain clean and presentable lobbies and grounds

· Monitor and understand mechanical and fire safety systems

· Complete daily task reports

· Be available for after-hours and weekend emergencies

· Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

· Solid interpersonal and communication skills

· Experience using computers and basic software

· Familiarity with building systems and maintenance procedures

· Ability to work independently and as a team
