What you will be doing:

- Welcome Guests quickly, efficiently and warmly making the best possible first impression

Expected start date: Immediate Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Salary: $17.20 per hour with performance increase after 6 months

POSITION SUMMARY:

- Answer phones and take reservations
- Answer phones and direct calls to other departments
- Check guests in and out
- Take payment and pre authorizations
- Balance till and payment methods
- Take guest requests and pass to the appropriate departments, i.e. maintenance, housekeeping, restaurant
- Take note of any maintenance issues and pass along to the AGM or person in charge of this in the absence of the AGM following company policies and procedures
- Ability to multitask in a busy workplace
- Keep a clean and safe work area as per Company guidelines
- Ensure personal appearance and hygiene are well maintained
- Ensure that all ‘to go breakfasts’ inventory needs are passed to the kitchen nightly
- Ensure that coffee station and water station is always stocked
- Standing, for long periods at a time.
- All other duties as assigned by AGM or department manager
