Key Responsibilities:

- Provide expert, honest financial advice to clients to help them choose the right mortgage products for their short- and long-term goals.
- Source, structure, and submit mortgage applications via industry software (Filogix/MCC).
- Proactively manage your pipeline from pre-approval through to closing, keeping regular,



transparent communication with clients and real estate partners.
- Utilize GNE’s proprietary marketing and lead generation systems to grow your personal book of business.
- Stay up-to-date with changing provincial guidelines (FSRA in Ontario / RECA in Alberta) and shifting lender policies.

What We Are Looking For

- Licensing: Must hold an active Mortgage Agent/Broker license in Alberta (RECA), or be actively enrolled in the licensing course.
- Mindset: Entrepreneurial, self-motivated spirit with a strong desire to build a high-income business.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a commitment to "100% safe, clear, and honest communication" with clients.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and creatively to find solutions for "outside-the-box" client scenarios (self-employed, B-lending, private funds).
