Nor-Arc Steel Fabricators is seeking a motivated Estimator to join our team. This role offers challenging, rewarding work with opportunities for skill development and career advancement in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Requirements:

- Proficiency with AutoCAD LT and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Knowledge of mechanical and structural design
- Robust written and verbal communication skills in English, French considered an asset
- Work in a safe manner by following all Occupational Health & Safety Regulations, Company Policies and Procedures.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Review customer plans and recommend modifications or alternatives
- Collect required information for Project Management and Estimating




- Provide practical problem-solving input as needed
- Meet with customers regarding current and upcoming projects
- Prepare sketches, drawings, and designs (mechanical and structural)
- Perform field measurements
- Coordinate and conduct site visits

Additional Skills: Knowledge of metal fabrication, welding, millwrighting & machining would be an asset.
Salary: Salary Range – 65,000- 75,000 to commensurate with qualifications and experience
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent 40-44 hours per week
