As our Senior Human Resources Generalist, you will be the organization's sole HR qualified, serving as both a trusted strategic advisor and the hands-on expert responsible for delivering the full spectrum of Human Resources services. No two days will be the same. One moment you may be coordinating onboarding paperwork, updating employee records, or administering benefits. The next, you'll be partnering with senior leadership on employee relations, organizational planning, performance management, policy development, and complex people matters. You are equally energized by the administrative details that keep an organization running and the strategic conversations that help it grow.

Who You Are

You are a seasoned HR professional who genuinely enjoys every aspect of Human Resources—from organizing personnel files and completing administrative tasks to advising executives on complex people matters.





You understand that outstanding HR is built on both strategic thinking and exceptional execution. You are comfortable working independently, making informed decisions, and managing competing priorities without sacrificing quality.

Most importantly, you believe that every interaction matters.

You bring:

- Several years of progressive Human Resources experience across multiple HR disciplines.
- Experience managing the full employee lifecycle from recruitment through offboarding.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation, HR best practices, and workplace compliance.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proven experience coaching managers and advising senior leadership.
- The confidence to work independently as the organization's sole HR professional.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Outstanding attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- High ethical standards with an unwavering commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.

What You'll Do

As the Senior Human Resources Generalist, you will:

- Lead all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, orientation, performance management, employee development, offboarding, and succession planning.
- Manage all HR administration, ensuring accurate records, documentation, reporting, and compliance with employment legislation and organizational policies.
- Serve as a trusted coach and advisor to senior leadership on employee relations, performance management, workplace culture, conflict resolution, and people strategy.
- Foster an inclusive, respectful, and engaging workplace culture that reflects the organization's mission and values.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Administer employee benefits, leaves, accommodations, and HR systems.
- Provide guidance on legislative compliance, employment standards,



and HR risk management.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Support employees with empathy, professionalism, and sound judgment while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.

Pay: $80,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
