Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 2:00pm–12:00am (4-day week / 3-day weekend)
Location: Saanich / Greater Victoria (in person)
This is an on-site role in Saanich, BC. Applicants must be able to reliably commute for the full shift. We do not provide relocation assistance.

The role
Powder coating is hands-on, detail-oriented work. For the first 90 days, this role is primarily prep / hang / mask. If you demonstrate reliability and aptitude, we will train you for spray.
What you’ll do (first 90 days):
- Hanging/racking parts and ensuring secure fixturing
- Masking/unmasking and protecting critical surfaces
- Cleaning/degreasing and surface prep support
- Basic quality checks and identifying defects before coating
- Packaging/handling finished parts to prevent damage
- Maintaining a clean, safe work area and following work instructions
Spray training (after 90 days):
- Powder gun handling and basic setup
- Powder changes and part coverage technique
- Cure awareness and defect troubleshooting with supervision
What we’re looking for
Required:
- Reliable attendance and punctuality for Mon–Thu, 2:00pm–12:00am
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lb
- Strong attention to detail; able to follow written and verbal process instructions
- Comfortable working in an industrial environment with PPE and heat exposure (ovens)
Nice to have (not required):
- Manufacturing, industrial painting, metal finishing, sandblasting, or powder coating experience
