Job Description

As a PCB Design Engineer, you will design, troubleshoot, and optimize PCBAs (Printed Circuit Board Assemblies).

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the engineering team to define optimal PCB design requirements.

- Create schematic designs and translate them into the physical PCB design based on end-user requirements.

- Develop and test prototypes and integrated circuits.

- Prepare design documentation for production.

- Reevaluate the design process to resolve issues or address client and consumer feedback.

- Customer technical support.

Skills

- Knowledge in FPGAs and VHDL and/or Verilog programming.

- Knowledge in ASIC designs.

- Experience in troubleshooting hardware issues (repairing and reworking boards).





- Experience in component procurement and cost reduction.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Clear and concise communication skills for documentation and collaboration with manufacturers or customers.

- Strong initiative with a proactive and creative approach.

- Effective collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

- Bachelor or Post-Graduate Degree in Computer/Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).

- Experience with CAD tools, specifically Altium and/or PADS.

- Minimum of two years of experience in routing high-speed PCB designs.

- Familiarity with EMI/EMC requirements and product certification.
