Shift Supervisor

Responsibilities:

- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately to process customer transactions
- Provide prompt, courteous, and professional service to all customers.
- Collaborate with other staff during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide fast, friendly, and efficient customer service.
- Pump gas for customers safely.
- Set up and take down merchandise displays.
- Handle and clean the meat deli area according to hygiene standards.
- Scoop and serve ice cream while maintaining cleanliness.
- Complete daily tasks and assist with additional duties as needed.
- Clean and stock the store to maintain a welcoming environment.
- Stand for long periods and lift items up to 50 lbs as required.
- Address any issues that arise during your shift and escalate to the manager when necessary.
- Supervise 2-3 other staff at a time.

Schedule:

- 8 to 9 hour shifts
- Day shifts, night shifts, and weekends

Experience:

- Customer service experience preferred (minimum 1 year)
