Requirements

- Minimum 2–3 years serving experience in a fine dining or upscale environment
- Strong knowledge of wine, cocktails, and food pairing principles
- Ability to balance multiple tables while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, guest-first approach
- Smart Serve (or equivalent) certification
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

- Provide knowledgeable, attentive, and refined service to guests
- Guide guests through menu selections, offering thoughtful food and beverage recommendations




- Anticipate guest needs and manage service flow with poise
- Accurately input orders and handle cash/POS transactions
- Maintain dining room presentation and assist with side duties as required
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless, elevated dining experience
