Now Hiring: Semi-Skilled Construction Workers, Labourers & Operators

True North Labour is actively hiring reliable and experienced construction workers to support top General Contractors and Subcontractors across the Metro Vancouver and Fraser Valley.

We are looking for individuals who are work-ready, safety-focused, and dependable, with experience in construction environments.

Positions We Are Filling

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for:

- Skilled Labourers
- Semi-Skilled Labourers
- Demolition Workers
- Carpenters, Electricians and other trades
- Machine Operators (Skid Steer, Forklift, Telehandler)
- Construction Safety Officers (CSO)
- First Aid Attendants
- Hoist & Elevator Operators
- Traffic Control Persons (TCP)

Key Responsibilities

Depending on your role, responsibilities may include:

- Assisting with site preparation and daily construction tasks
- Operating equipment and machinery (if certified)
- Loading/unloading materials and equipment
- Maintaining a clean and secure worksite
- Supporting trades and following foreman instructions
- Erecting temporary structures and site setups




- Following all safety protocols and company standards

Requirements

- Must currently reside in the Lower Mainland (Metro Vancouver and Fraser Valley)
- Minimum 1–2 years of construction experience (role dependent)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs+ and perform physical work
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work on short notice
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude

Assets (Preferred)

- Valid construction tickets (Forklift, Telehandler, Fall Protection, Fit Test, First Aid, CSO, TCP, etc.)
- Experience on commercial or large-scale construction sites
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
