We are seeking a passionate Line Cook/Kitchen hand to join our team at HWY Burger!
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling practices.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service hours.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain proper hygiene standards at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Prefered Skills
- Experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role within the food industry.
- Strong culinary skills with a focus on fine dining experience preferred.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices for food handling.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
