Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team.

We are an auto repair shop looking for someone with automotive background and knowledge .

The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service through effective communication and problem-solving skills. This role involves engaging with customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally. The Customer Service Representative will also handle data entry tasks and contribute to sales efforts through upselling and cross-selling opportunities. This position offers an engaging work environment where communication skills and analysis capabilities are essential for success.

Duties

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat platforms
- Automotive background is an asset .
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies
- Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints effectively
- Perform data entry to update customer accounts and record interactions accurately
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services




- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure positive customer experiences
- Analyze customer feedback and interactions to improve service quality
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and enhance overall customer satisfaction
- Support sales initiatives by promoting relevant products based on customer needs
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions for future reference and analysis

Experience

- Prior experience in customer service.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience with data entry systems and analysis tools is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism
- Knowledge of sales techniques, including upselling strategies, is advantageous
- Familiarity with phone etiquette best practices and excellent interpersonal skills are essential
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while providing outstanding service

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
